The low carbohydrate and fat content make this a great choice for any bodybuilder. At only 130 calories per scoop, it can be a great low calorie choice when mixed with water, or even skim milk. With around 20 flavors, almost everyone can find a flavor they like. The shake is a bit thin, and appears watered down, but adding a little extra powder, or less liquid base, can fix that. The list price of the product is kind of high, but most supplement stores sell it at reduced prices, making it an affordable option.
ON 100% Whey Protein Gold Standard does pack a respectable amount of protein into each scoop. It’s fast absorbing proteins make it a great post workout or early morning shake.
