MuscleTech’s NitroTech Hardcore has a fairly weak taste, although with only 110 calories per scoop it is safe to add a little extra powder for the flavor. It mixes fairly well with water or milk, but has the familiar protein gritty consistency, especially with water. It is designed to be a good pre- and post-workout drink, but the NO boost is not as powerful as many other NO supplements. At less than $1 per serving it is a pretty good value.

MuscleTech’s Nitro-Tech Hardcore has a fair amount of protein with low carbohydrates and fats. For this reason it is a good choice for the dieting bodybuilder or someone looking to add protein without a lot of excess.
